Interactive Strength acquires Ergatta

Interactive Strength agreed to acquire connected fitness equipment manufacturer Ergatta for $9 million to expand its digital fitness ecosystem. Ergatta is known for its gamified rowing machines that integrate immersive competition, real-time performance tracking, and connected training software. Strategically, the acquisition enhances Interactive Strength’s hardware-plus-software model, strengthening its position in the fast-growing connected home fitness market. Ergatta’s data-driven training technology and subscription-based digital platform increase recurring revenue opportunities. The $9M deal reflects consolidation in smart fitness technology, combining innovative equipment design with engaging digital workout experiences.

Perch Energy acquires Solstice Power Technologies

Perch Energy, backed by Arcadia Community Solar, acquired Solstice Power Technologies from MyPower to expand its community solar platform capabilities. Solstice provides solar farm operations and subscriber management software that enables customer enrollment, billing, and energy credit distribution. The acquisition strengthens Perch Energy’s strategy of scaling community solar adoption through integrated technology and operational efficiency. Solstice’s digital tools improve subscriber acquisition, compliance management, and clean energy accessibility for low- and moderate-income households. While financial terms were undisclosed, the deal enhances innovation in solar subscription management and accelerates distributed renewable energy growth.

Ballyshannon Partners acquires Blonder Tongue Laboratories’ assets

Ballyshannon Partners purchased all assets of Blonder Tongue Laboratories, a manufacturer of video encoders and RF transmodulator systems serving broadcast and cable markets. The acquisition aims to preserve and scale Blonder Tongue’s long-standing video distribution technology while optimizing operations under new ownership. Strategically, Ballyshannon can modernize product lines, enhance IP-based video delivery solutions, and expand into next-generation digital broadcast infrastructure. Although financial terms were undisclosed, the asset purchase reflects value in legacy broadcast hardware combined with innovation in signal processing and content distribution technologies across commercial and institutional markets.
